Flagging a number that looks wrong
This is the message we most want to get. FDDs refresh every year, and a fee, royalty, or investment range that was right at last review can drift out of date. Include the brand and the page URL, tell us which figure looks off, and, if you have it, link the FDD or franchisor source you're comparing against. State franchise registries publish filings for free; the four we lean on are linked from the bottom of the homepage. We re-verify against the primary source before changing anything, and update the page's review date when we do.
Suggesting a brand we haven't covered
Tell us the brand and whether you're researching it as a prospective buyer or you already own one. Existing franchisees are the most valuable source we have: you know what the FDD's ranges look like once they meet a real market, a real lease, and a real first year. We can't promise a timeline, but owner tips move a brand up the queue faster than anything else.
Press and data
Press, corrections, and data-licensing inquiries go to the same address. We don't accept payment to add, rank, or revise a brand, and saying so is easier than fielding the ask twice, so please don't lead with it.
