Franchise consultants and financing

Some pages link to franchise-consultant, broker, or financing programs. Where those links are live, FranPicks may earn a referral fee if you're connected to a program through them. That fee comes at no extra cost to you, and it never determines which franchises appear on a Picks/rankings page. Every ranking is computed from FDD data (investment, fees, disclosed revenue), never from who pays for the lead. See the Editorial Policy for the full standard.

ROBS (Rollovers as Business Startups) and other retirement-fund financing are presented with explicit risk language wherever they appear. Using retirement savings to fund a franchise puts that money directly at risk if the business fails; it is never framed as free or risk-free money on this site.

Franchisor names and marks referenced on this site (McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Planet Fitness, and others) are used nominatively, to identify the specific franchise being discussed, not to imply sponsorship or endorsement. FranPicks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any franchisor named on this site.
